West Side/Koke'e

Sleeping Giant (Nounou Mountain) West trail

keep in mind that the trails and rocks get slippery when wet. Use caution when navigating this trail. Trekking poles are recommended. The trail gets thin at the top and the rock platforms have steep drops. The views from the top are beautiful.

Makaleha Trail

Gear like good water-resistant boots and hiking sticks is highly recommended, as they make the journey much manageable. Nevertheless this is a pretty amazing journey with excellent, dreamy view and environment straight out of the " The Jungle Book".

Kuilau Ridge Trail
